I'll be 11 weeks tomorrow, and woke up to dark brown spotting with a tiny bit of dark red... has this happened to anyone else? it's not heavy and no cramps.. waiting on the doctor to call back. Stressing out a bit, as the nurse on the phone said it could be nothing or could be the start of a misscarriage... I really don't know if I could handle a miscarriage after getting this far 😔 I never had any spotting or anything with my first pregnancy, so I really don't know what to think.
