Worry or not to worry?

Almost 21 weeks pregnant, and last night I’ve had some pains in my lower abdomen, that come and go seconds after, i can feel baby kick but should i be worried?

If there is no blood, no need to be worried. As my doctor pointed out, your uterus is growing from the size of your fist to eventually a watermelon. Stretching hurts and it’s normal. Especially now that you are well into your second trimester. Baby is growing fast. Drink lots of water, it reduce significantly the cramping. The days that I don’t drink as much, I always feel it more.

Hey I’m a Doula and my advice is as long as there’s no blood with these cramps then you’re fine . However rest , drink water . If the pain persists then call your OB to be on the safe side ❤️
