Opinions please!

So, I am a full 7 days late. Slight cramping mostly, clear cm, and just starting today slightly feeling dizzy here and there. I took a test yesterday which was negative (posted below) I keep looking at it wondering if I see something... I don’t know what else to do. Should I call the doctor? Or keep waiting? Also, I have pcos and this is my first round of unmonitored femara. I have been taking this same dose (and i have ovulated every time on it) so I should have ovulated..... Help!
