Ovulation soon?!!

So I just miscarried my baby of 5 weeks (maybe less) on Thursday the 11th. Didn’t need a d&c; and my HCG level was 12 in the ER. I stopped bleeding 2 days ago and been tracking with OPks I got my blinky face today and was in shock😳! Does it usually happen this fast? I thought it would be next week but decided to track just in case and I’m glad I did!

I would BD to be safe but this happened to me also and I definitely haven’t ovulated yet. I had my MC at 5 weeks on 2nd Jan. bled for 4 days. Immediately tested on the day after I stopped bleeding and it was a positive opk. Day later it was negative. Then 2 days later positive again. I BD just in case but I know from my temps and the fact I normally get O pains that I haven’t O’d yet, I normally O between CD 17 - 19 so I’m in my fertile week now. Still not had another positive opk but hoping I will in the next few days and if I do I’ll trust that one to be correct x

I used them after my last miscarriage at 9 weeks, and got my positive right in track as a normal period.
