Blood tests all ok...now what?

Hi everyone, so does anyone have any experience with this?

We know my husband has low everything, count motility and morphology.

We just did every blood test under the sun for him, karyotype, thyroid, hormones, vitamin d, etc and all are ok!

While I am relived and happy for him we are also so puzzled as what to do now. It almost looks like we are dealing with unexplained male factor infertility. Was hoping we could find some reason with the bloodwork but nothing.

I do know he is dealing with high blood pressure and we are going to work through that and also get his glucose retested as that was high but he didn’t fast.

Going to continue the supplements and life style changes and see what comes of it
