Cosmetology School Supplies?

Okay ladies, this question is mostly for those who have attended cosmetology school, but even if you haven't attended you may still know the answers to this. So, I was accepted into a cosmetology program and will start next month. I'm a bit of a "planner", by this I mean that I like to plan ahead pretty thoroughly. However, my orientation is only 4 days before my first day of class. So, I feel as though I won't have enough time to collect the items I need. My actual cosmetology kit (mannequin, shears,tools, rollers, etc) will be given to me on my first day. What I'm most curious about is, what kind of other supplies will i need? notebooks, index cards, highlighters, etc.? I would like to be extra prepared and have these things if I need them. My dress code is all black, so I've been shopping a little at a time for black pants, tops, tights, and a pretty comfortable pair of shoes. Is there anything else any of you can think of?
