Before AF do you get a warm sensation in uterus?

I'm not talking about any pain, just an extra warm feeling in your uterus. I'm curious what it is, and how common it is. I'm a very sensative person. I actually know when my period is coming because, 7 days before I get the warm sensation.

Kinda. Usually like two or three days before I’m thinking it’s the uterus but it feels like what I imagine a water balloon must feel like. And it makes me mad cause sometimes I mildly cramp up for days until it finally starts 🤷🏾‍♀️

My stomach def feels hot right before my AF comes. Is this not normal?

Everybody has a unique body. We feel and overall experience things unique to ourselves. Some women get horrible cramps that make them puke, while others don't even feel a slight twinge. We feel different things and that's OK. As long as you're not in pain there should be no concern for work, but when in doubt seeing a doctor can clear up some questions ♡
