I'm 37 weeks. I've had mild Braxton Hicks almost every day for the past 2 months, but last night I had strong, consistent contractions from 12:30-3am, every 3-5 minutes lasting 30-45 seconds. Each contraction started in my back and then wrapped around to my belly. Usually if i change positions it stops, but this time it didn't work. Shortly after 3am they slowed down and eventually stopped. So dissapointed! Has anyone had this happen and then go into labor shortly after?
