I have to do a pregnancy test tomorrow morning to clinically prove my miscarriage on 30th December...I haven’t had my period since my miscarriage, am I crazy to hope for a positive? Is it possible to conceive before your 1st period? I can’t put into words how much I miss being pregnant....guess I’m not ready to see the first negative test result either 💔

Unfortunately I’ve been told by nurses a positive could also mean ectopic although I’ve had absolutely no pain, not even through the miscarriage!?

Anybody else gone through this🤷🏼‍♀️ started trying for our rainbow baby as soon as we could 🌈❤️
