I hate my insides....

ladies and gentlemen, I have a pretty long history of UTIs, kidney infections, shrinking urethra, and that whole system. I have the symptoms of UTI or urethra infection and it sucks. I could throat punch someone right now. I take cranberry pills and try to eat healthier. I wipe correctly, pee after sex, wear only cotton underwear, drink tons of water and I still get them. I'm crying from so pain while I wait for my lab results to come back. I just want relief and to not get them.

any tips on preventing infections of the urinary system?
