Placental abruption

Hi girls!!! Today I was driving and had a mild pain in the abdomen and then felt that I was bleeding, I went directly with my ob gun and he told me I had a placental abruption 30% of it, the baby is ok good heart beat, by usg they told me he/she is 11weeks (I thought I was 10w3d)... so basically I’m terrified I had a chemical pregnancy, and now these, is terrible being a doctor and “knowing” all the bad things that can happen! They send me home to rest, I can only get up to the bathroom. So please send me good vibes so we can both be ok
