6 months of TTC

Hi all,

I’ve been TTC for about 6 months now and still nothing. I know that’s not a long time to be TTC but I am still worried because my first son was conceived after a month or two. I have a very healthy and regular cycle. I always know exactly when to expect my period and it comes then. I have what I assume is ovulation because I’ve been reading up on it and I get all the symptoms of O but still aren’t conceiving. Any advice or input would be great !
