How to sleep comfortably?
I buy the Always brand 10 hour extra long pads for night and I also have a special bed pad that I sleep on so if I do leak it doesn't stain my sheets/doesn't go onto the mattress. However I HATE leaking since it's just uncomfortable in general. I sleep pin straight on my side all night to keep from leaking and ultimately it causes me hip pain and back pain. Tips on how to sleep comfortably and prevent leaking?? 😫 Thanks!
