progesterone levels

Need some advice on raising my progesterone level. I was prescribed medroxyprogesterone acetate to force af due to pcos. Currently on cd 3 and just started 100 mg of clomid today. Ive had 2 miscarriages in the past and dont want it to happen again. I would just ask the gyn to prescribe it for me but I have to go through the va and cant see her for at least a month. Ive read a ton about how to raise my levels naturally but wanted to see if anyone had any tips. Also should I get a better prenatal? This one doesnt have much of anything in it.
