Nipples hurt?

So my boyfriend and I made out yesterday. He might have been too rough on playing with my nipples lol I went to shower last night and they hurt so bad til tonight! Just wanna know if this is totally normal or not? Hahaha

That can happen, it’s really normal for your nipples to hurt if they have been pinched or sucked on or bitten. Nipples are considered “erogenous zones”, which are places on your body where more sensitivity is felt than other parts, hence why they are touched/stimulated for sexual pleasure. Your neck, breasts, your vagina/clit, a penis/balls, inner thighs, all of those places are considered erogenous zones. Which is why if they have been played with too roughly, they hurt. 
TL;DR it’s completely normal for them to hurt a bit. If you don’t like the pain, ask your S/O to be a bit more gentle. I hope this helped 😊
