10 dpo negative

have any of yall ever had a negative at 9-10 dpo but git a positive later on? i have majorly sore nipples cramps increased cervical mucus and i can smell like everything ... (coworkers on their periods as gross as that sounds).. i took a test today and it was negative but i had peed like 10 minutes before hand and it was the middle of the day ... what do yall think am i out been ttc for over 4 years
