tingling sensation on face!?

Question

idk what it is.. it started about an hour ago and won’t go away.. i washed my face and that didn’t help! .. i’m not hot or cold
but my cheeks especially feel so weird like pins & needles .. its really bugging me.. 
I’m 34w4d ..
Update: still tingly but not as bad, it’s also happening on my right hand now.. very lightly tho

That happens to me all the time but for me it is from panic attacks and anxiety

I had this happen to me last pregnancy right at around 36 weeks. They said my blood pressure was high and pulled me from work. This time I’ve had it happen to my hands and the doctor said it’s part of the sciatic nerve and it can cause pain on legs  and tingly fleeing on hands/fingers
