Implantation Bleeding??

I was told a couple years ago i have PCOS which explained my very irregular and long cycles. but I spotted onSaturday and usually get my period the same day or the next day and I haven’t. I took a test uanday and again today but it was negative...🤷🏻‍♀️ and I recall my urine smelling more potent last week which I hear can be an early sign of pregnancy.
