Breastfed and pacifier

Has anyone ever gave their newborn a pacifier and known your milk is in full force also having good feedings every 2-3 hours so far? Despite the cluster feedings time to time but she let's you know if she wants that or the pacifier or the milk.

My baby likes to keep her fingers in and around her face/mouth if she's not feeding. Rips any mittens off and breaks out of swaddles. I keep seeing don't give a breastfed baby a pacifier until they are 3 to 4 weeks along but has anyone gave their new breastfed baby a pacifier and it all worked out?
