Tips or tricks for betting baby off my bladder?

Whenever baby is down low I have a constant feeling of needing to pee. Then as soon as baby decides to move, it goes away. Anybody have any tips or tricks to get the stinker to stop using my bladder as a bouncy house?

Try a bridge pose. My prenatal yoga class does it

Mine does that a lot every 1-5 mins but what I usually do is lay on my side and I would feel my baby move a lil higher and it stop till I move on my back then I had to pee again but other than that it usually works for me, didnt had to pee for about 1-2 hours if I'm on my side lol
