Confusing signs

So this is only my second cycle really charting and I’ve only just figured out what my cm means. Anyway I’ve been dry the past 5 days which lines up with where I am in my cycle. Today also dry sensation but when I checked my cervix today there was definite egg white cm on my finger which confused me. Anyone know what this means? Maybe I’m having a longer cycle than I’ve ever had before and haven’t actually ovulated yet?

Edit: hubby and I did have sex yesterday but I don’t think it’s leftover from that, the cm was quite stretchy over 1”
