Trying to get my period.

I’m really scared ladies. I had my period back in November, December last year. I haven’t had my period ontime this month like I am meant to each month. I’ve been updating my process on here everyday & each time it updates & tells me ‘period day’ it still doesn’t come. I had PCOS a few years ago after I had my son, & I’m scared that it might be coming back. Does anybody know ways of how I could get my period? Thanks
