Feeling anxious

I start my spring term tomorrow and I’m feeling anxious. Makes me not want to show up to class tomorrow and on top of that it’s an early morning class and I’m not very good with sleeping early and waking up early. Although that’s what happens when you register late 🤷🏻‍♀️

I wish I wouldn’t get this anxious feeling I don’t know if it’s like social anxiety but I always fear of speaking to the class in any sort of way...like I know in the past we’ve done self introductions and oh my god i start sweating and i think like crazy of what I’m gonna say and then I feel like i stumble over my words. I just hope everything turns out fine and I can just fly under the radar but I’m wondering if it will be possible because it’s an English class then after intro to communication so I’m assuming open discussions will be part of the class
