Pregnant or over reacting?

So lately Ive had sex during my fertile days. My period is due next week and I’m cramping really bad for the past few days and I usually only cramp the day before my period. On top of that my breasts are more tender than usual, they are only this tender when I’m on my period. Normal smells make me feel nauseous, and sometimes I get the urge to puke out of no where... could this be a sign? Last pregnancy test I took came out as a blank. It was neither positive nor negative... Is it worth retesting?
