Does pregnancy test means you really pregnant?

I took the pregnancy test 3-4 times have a positive. Does it really mean I’m pregnant? I don’t feel pregnant? But I feel lots of breast sore on the side left n right.

Multiple positives definitely mean positive, you won't 'feel pregnant' until later on

They sometimes can not be. I was 9 weeks along and I couldn't get a pregnancy pee tests to confirm it before my miscarriage. Sadly. It doesn't always but sometimes it happens. With my first I was two weeks, 10 weeks with my second.
