Please help!!

So I’ve been taking pregnancy test after pregnancy test for days now, all of which come out negative :( today marks 2 days late on my period which is very very strange for me. I have never once been late nor have I had abnormal periods. About 2 weeks ago or so I had some very light spotting for a few days and then it just stopped. I had hoped it was implantation bleeding, but with my period being late and still getting negative tests I just don’t know what’s going on! Has anyone had any similar experiences or any advice on this? Anything would help.
