When am I going to heal?

I tore inside and out and had to get stitches. How long does it take to heal on average? Or atleast feel better?

Answer

I had a third degree tear with my first, took me a good long while to feel better. I tore deep between my vagina and anus (sorry tmi) 
The skin there where they stitched up was still sore to touch after 6months. 
Sex was still painful for a while after that, but was fine maybe around 8-9 months pp. 
I know thats not very encouraging, but everyone heals differently. 🙂 Just take it slow, your body just did a huge undertaking, give it some credit and treat it with respect lol

I had several 2nd degree tears inside and out and they were much less sore by 2 weeks and the stitches had dissolved by three, but even now at 12 weeks I still have moments where it’s still sore down there. Healing varies a ton from person to person depending on so many factors.

Everyone’s different
I had a second degree tear and it never bothered me 
But my stitches took the full 6 weeks to dissolve
