How do you tell if it’s a chemical pregnancy?

I had a very faint positive test yesterday, temp was 36.37, but today it rose to 36.61? However I got my period 😢 I’ve never had high temp with period, anyone else had this?

My friend had periods for the first pregnancy months. Test again and if still positive, go see a doctor. Baby dust!

I had a faint positive on Sunday and tested this morning just to do it, and it was negative. I feel dumb for setting up an appointment and i feel like I should cancel it now. And I haven’t had a period since November 26th 😫
