Help (A little tmi)

Took a test Friday, I had a separate post asking if y’all could see another line, some said yes, some said it was an indent but to retest in a few days. Anyways, went and stayed the weekend with my SO so I haven’t made it to the store for another test. Was going to today but it snowed last night so I’m stuck at home. But my SO and I had sex 1/13 and while we were cleaning up, we noticed I started bleeding, nothing major just a little red/brownish when he whipped off. Period wasnt due for another 8 days...it was very light, not as heavy as my normal cycles. Sunday was maybe medium flow, yesterday I was barely bleeding, and completely stopped today. Is it possible this may have been ovulation or implantation bleeding? I didn’t experience implantation bleeding with my first pregnancy.
