Clogged duct, help please ☹️

So the entire top part of my left breast is clogged.. like it isn’t a single lump at this point, the entire top half is rock solid..

At every feeding I have my little guy start off on that side to try and nurse it out but he gets frustrated so I switch to the right.

I then pump the clogged one and only get an ounce.. which is way less than I usually produce.

Ive tried nursing, hot showers as hot as I can stand with massaging and using a comb. A rice pack applying heat. Any other suggestions?? I’m getting really worried I’ll stop making milk on that side 😔😔 and I don’t want this to turn into mastitis
