Tylenol cold and flu severe

I took Tylenol cold and flu severe last week (5 days total) for my flu and now have seen it actually is not recommended to take! I am freaking out. I'm 17 weeks pregnant and called my OB. My nurse practitioner said not to worry but to stop use. Has anyone else taken this or had their Dr. say it was ok? 😢
