I’m currently 22 weeks pregnant and have gotten pretty bad gas every night before and during the time I sleep. I even wake up with it sometimes.

Well, this morning I woke up and mid-abdomen to the right side hurts pretty badly. (Parallel to my belly button) This morning it was like a throbbing pain and throughout the day it’s just been uncomfortable. I’ve tried to walk, lay down, sit up, but it seems that whenever I move I feel the pain. And sometimes just by sitting.

Has anyone else had this happen? I know what round ligament pain is and I usually experience it in my lower abdomen in the center so I don’t think it’s that. (And it’s not the same pain.)

I’m just worried it could be my appendix or gallbladder or something else that’s serious. I plan to call my OB tomorrow but I’m just trying to get some insight tonight.
