Hoping it’s a sign

Hey ladies. So I’m 2 dpo and already going crazy. I’ve been TTC for about 13 months with PCOS. I’m a teacher, and one of my teacher friends at work is kind of my confidante about it all. She is like my “work mom”. Anyway, I told her that over the weekend, I had my strongest positive opk I’ve ever had, and had the best timing I think I’ve ever had with BDing. So I’m pretty hopeful. She told me awhile ago that she had a dream that I had a baby, and apparently this weekend, she had the dream AGAIN. I reeealllllyyyyy hope this is a sign that this is my month!! Did you guys ever get signs?
