Okay, so I’m in AP Biology. I am in class with a girl, we’ll call her M. M and I have been friends for a while (almost 3-4 years) and our friendship is rocky to say the least. Me and her butt heads a lot and I’d be wrong to say it was always her fault, because sometimes I was bitchy too.

So, today we get put into groups for a lab we’re going to do. It’s me, M, and another girl. During third hour, M tells me that she and the other girl are meeting up at the library to work on the lab report together and that I should come. I told her that I had a presentation I had to do after school and that I didn’t know if I would be able to make it to the meeting. She said “okay,” in a very cold tone. Keep in mind, nothing had happened between us at all. In fact, during Biology class we were pretty good (laughing, talking about books). I told her that if I couldn’t make it, I’d either call her or text her to keep updated on what was going on and that I was going to be doing work from my end. So, the rest of the day passes and I get home. 5 rolls around (the meeting time) and I text her.

So, for more explanation, we have a very loose class. Basically it’s a “do what will make you learn best” kind of deal, and I was working on taking notes on the videos on our unit. While I was doing that, I guess the part of the class that was doing PowerPoint notes from the teachers lecture was deciding on the cross we’ll be doing in the lab. So, I obviously didn’t really notice it because I was busy and had earbuds in so I could follow the lecture.

I don’t know, her way of being cold just pisses me off. She more than likely has it, or the other girl does at the very least, and it doesn’t take much effort to type the cross and hit send.
