Ok ladies, I’m 5 weeks 2-3 days and my first prenatal appointment with my OBGYN isn’t until Feb. 13th, when I’m 9 weeks 2-3 days. Should I go to my regular doctor and confirm the pregnancy with the HCG blood tests? Or wait and go by the 3 BFP HPTs?

Maybe ask your dr to draw blood for hcg and progesterone Levels. Better safe than sorry with that because low progesterone could cause a miscarriage. No one checked it for me in previous pregnancies and I had 3 miscarriages in a row, and this time the put me on progesterone.

Your home tests are confirmation. It's not common practice to further confirm a pregnancy with blood tests. Just wait for your appointment.
