I chew on crushed ice. Craving ice could be a sign of anemia. You might want to mention it to your OB and get your iron levels tested. I take additional iron and my OB said chewing ice is not the best or worst thing I could do. At least it keeps me hydrated.

All I have to do is swallow the ice omg it’s so good. It’s the hospital ice and that’s why I love it

I get bitched at by my dentist every 6 months for doing it. I’ve never had sore teeth, but I’ve broken down the enamel so badly that my teeth are so sensitive!
