Okay so I got a letter in the mail from my OBGYN saying I had a UTI and then the same day I got a text message from my local pharmacy saying a had a prescription that needed to be picked up. Considering my OBGYN is the only place I’ve been going and my UTI is the only problem ive had I figured the medicine was probably for that. So I went to pick it up and when I got it I had never heard of it so I looked it up and the medicine says absolutely nothing about UTI’s. For pregnancy it says no known risk. I was wondering what other doctors have prescribed you other moms. The medicine was called ranitidine, no I have not taken it and every time I call my OBGYN the line is busy. I refuse to take it due to the definition of it. I’m currently 14w1d.
