Someone please help !!!

The past few days one of the parts of my vagina under the flaps has been getting more and more painful. It feels like it’s almost blistered and I just woke up in the middle of the night in so much pain as I’ve been itching it in my sleep. I took these pictures (sorry they’re so graphic) but NEED some help!! Does anyone know what this could be????
