Help, I'm scared it's serious..

Excuse the nasty picture but I'm on my period & on my2nd day I woke up in the middle of the night itching & in pain & I took a picture because I was curious & I have this.. I do have psoriasis but I don't know what genital psoriasis looks like, I also did have sex the day before my period
