Vitamin D tablets in pregnancy
I was just told I have a vitamin D deficiency and have been told to take vitamin D tablets, has anyone ever tried these or have recommendations for any? Even just looking at them inside and especially smelling them makes me want to vomit, I have never been good with tablets. Also did everyone who had to take vitamin d tablets have to take them their whole pregnancy?
