for those who are pregnant or have been pregnant, would someone have had their period the first month of pregnancy?
Is it possible?

A period is shedding the uterine lining. Which isn’t going to happen when you’re pregnant because the lining is necessary to support the pregnancy. 
But there are lots of other reasons for bleeding during pregnancy, some of which can be regular enough to mimic a period.

I do... with both my girls I had my first months period then found out I was pregnant the month after when I missed  my next period

It is possible. My cousin had her period throughout her whole pregnancy. Baby was perfectly fine. No complications.

You can’t have a “period”. That’s the womb shedding he lining (which would include he baby). You can have implantation bleeding, or other causes for bleeding, which may feel similar to a period. But not actually a period.
