tubal ligation

has anyone on here conceived after having a tubal ligation? if so was it successful or ectopic? have anyone had a reversal if so was it a success? my tubes been tied for 11 yrs going on 12. got married 3 yrs ago and we decided to get a reversal. we never really tried it's always pullout even though my tubes are tied. just wondering I know a few people who had a reversal and it was a success and a few had a kid and their tubes were tied. anyone out there been through this???
