I had my nipples pierced before I found out I was pregnant for about a year and my right nipple was a “problem nipple” it made a little pocket and kept filling up (it was because I slept on that side) so when I started leaking around 18-19 weeks nothing but clear stuff was coming out but lately (I’m almost 25 weeks) some milky stuff has been coming out from where the pocket used to be and it does it on my other nipple too but that nipple never had problems so I don’t know if I’m just producing already or it’s something to be concerned about since I want to breast feed. Also I should add on the front of he nipple only clear stuff comes out.

It doesn’t smell or hurt so I don’t think it’s an infection.

Any other moms who’ve had their nipples pierced have this problem?! What should I do?
