Only till midway third trimester. Still take iron but was given a research article that showed taking prenatal the whole way through the pregnancy has now found a link between kids with allergies and the prenatal. Considering my second child was born with dairy, coconut and nut allergies and still struggles with dairy at 2 nearly 3 years old I stopped them this time to see if maybe that was the problem.

chemist gave me these yesterday to take instead of elevit due to swallowing and sickness difficulties. thoughts?

I  take them but sometimes forget to. I definitely take my iron religiously though.
