I’m in the first trimester with my first and feeling AWFUL.

I was always that girl that said I would eat as healthy as I can while pregnant (eat organic, fruits veggies, no fast food, lots of sugar, etc). Well.....nausea and dizziness has totally kicked my ass and most of the time I barely have an appetite, and when I do it’s mostly for chicken nuggets, pizza, etc. aka fatty foods. The thought of a salad, hummus, fruit and certain veggies right now makes me gag. I’m feeding into these bad cravings because it’s the only thing I feel I can stomach at that moment. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I feel guilty. Someone please tell me this is okay for now. 🤢🤢🤢
