need some advice lol

so my boyfriends birthday is in November and then right after there is Christmas. i wasnt able to get him anything for his birthday (for personal reasons) and i did get him something for Christmas (he told me exactly what he wanted) but for Christmas he got me some bomb ass perfumes without me telling him anything and i love them and my birthday is in April and he says that he already knows exactly what to get me. anyways i cant do that with him i have to know exactly what he wants or idk what to get him, any advice?
