Did you have nosebleeds during pregnancy

Question

I’m almost 8 weeks and got a random nosebleed while teaching today. I’m just trying to figure out how common they are and how frequent they may occur.

At first I had them daily but now I’m over 12w they just come randomly. It’s because of the extra blood flow you get while pregnant. It doesn’t happen to everyone and every pregnancy is different. Out of my 4 pregnancies, (this being my 3rd baby), this is the first time I’m getting them. It’s annoying but easy dealt with.

As long as I sleep with a humidifier on I don’t get them.

The whole pregnancy...though I live with horrible sinus issues normally, it was a lot worse through the pregnancy.

I already get them regularly, always have, pregnant made it worse for me. lol

I had them so often with my first pregnancy !!! Get an essential oil diffuser and burn lavender also get a humidifier because it’ll help.
