Positive or Negative

I've been trying to get pregnant with my first child for about 9 months. I haven't been feeling well and noticed little things like I'm peeing a lot and it has a strange smell to it. Also sounds weird but I keep sneezing a lot I mean a lot. Anyways I decided to take a test today. This is the first time I ever got a test like this. Also I gave up tracking my period and ovulation I was so sad and upset that I just decided to let it happen on its own. Anyways ladies please help I'm so nervous.
