Am I overreacting?

Am I being completely irrational to want to quit my job and quarantine myself and my 2 year old to the house for the rest of flu season? I mean, I only work 2-3 days a week anyway. We can get by without my meager paycheck if we scrimp a little more.

I totally get it, but you can't hide from the world forever. Take vitamins, wash your hands, eat plenty of veggies amd drink plenty of fluids. Hopefully if your immune system is strong enough you can keep it away. My mom, best friend, and SO have all had it, but fortunately it has missed me thus far *knock on wood*. Good luck!

I wouldn’t say completely irrational but slightly irrational, yes. You and your son are gonna be exposed at some point in the future and you can’t just hold up every flu season. Take vitamins buy oranges but taking the time off of work is a little much in my opinion 🤷🏻‍♀️
