dried up?

hi ladies. long story short my baby is a week old. I only have been able to feed him using a nipple shield and in the last 2 days his feedings have dropped dramatically. He is jaundice now and on a biliblanket but he's sleeping nearly constantly. I try to wake him to get him to feed but he just has no interest. I bought a pump to help stimulate myself and I can't get anything going. also, even when I try to manually express nothing comes out. am I not going to be able to breastfeed?
